Job Summary

Main Duties

Person Specification
Essential
* Literacy level 1 or equivalent (GCSE D‑G, 3‑6)
* Numeracy level 1 or equivalent (GCSE D‑G, 3‑6)
* The Care Certificate
* Experience in a public‑facing/customer‑care environment
* Minimum 12 months care experience
* Good written and verbal communication in English
Desirable
* NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in health or health & social care, or working towards an award
* ESOL level 2 or equivalent (if English is not first language)
* Previous experience in a health/health & social care role
* Previous NHS experience / understanding of NHS/social care systems
