CNC Recruitment is seeking for experienced CNC Programmer to join our client in Chard area - a well-respected engineering manufacturer.
Tasks:
1. Set and operate a number of CNC Turning/Milling machines.
2. Produce parts contained within the job cards
3. Follow engineering drawing and work withing drawing tolerances
4. Ensure the highest possible quality by carrying out scheduled quality checks
Personal specification:
5. Minimum 3 years previous CNC turning / milling experience.
6. Fully competent in programming FANUC & Mazatrol control systems.
7. Ability to work using own initiative and undertake first-off inspections.
8. Ability to pick up new tasks quickly and high level of skills retention.
9. Self-motivated and a good team member.
10. Knowledge & experience of machine exotics such as Hastelloy, Inconel, and Super Duplex preferred but training would be given to the successful candidate.
