Technical Production Engineer (Tricaster Certified)

We’re looking for a Technical Production Engineer who lives and breathes Tricaster to join our growing technical events team supporting a major global client in the medical science industry.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Running Tricaster-driven live broadcasts from our client’s state-of-the-art studio in Luton (2–3 days per week onsite).
* Delivering hybrid and in-studio productions for senior global stakeholders.
* Upskilling and supporting events teams across Cambridge (weekly), Barcelona, and Dublin.
* Advising on studio setups, event planning, workflow improvements, and production quality.
* Experimenting with new event technologies and helping innovate new features.
* Working closely with a collaborative, technically strong events engineering team.
What You’ll Bring
* Current Tricaster Professional or Expert certification (essential)
* Strong technical ability across broadcast workflows, NDI, vision mixing, live streaming, and audio engineering
* Experience with VC platforms (Teams, Zoom, Cisco) and hybrid event environments
* A proactive, customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills
* Flexibility — this role includes extended shifts and frequent European travel
* Valid driving licence
