Working as part of the wider Housekeeping team, the Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel bedrooms.

The Room Attendant will be responsible for…
1. Maintaining luxury standards of cleanliness and service at all times
2. Greeting guests when met in the course of the role
3. Servicing guest bedrooms to our luxury standards
4. Constant communication with the Housekeeping Supervisors
5. Reporting any maintenance work to be carried out in bedroom
6. Appropriately dealing with guest property if left behind in guest rooms
7. Comply with all Health and Safety requirements of the role
8. Working with cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH guidelines

10. The ability to work, understand and adhere to luxury standards
11. The ability to work alone and as part of a team
12. Good communication skills and a high level of spoken English
13. Exceptional organisational skills
14. Physical fitness
15. Whilst we can’t guarantee set hours each week, flexibility is required and we would anticipate that we would predominately have hours available at weekends.
