Tesla is seeking a Vehicle Detailer to join our used car operations team. This position is on-site and will be responsible for executing a world-class customer experience by giving a new life to our used cars. What You'll Do
* Perform vehicle detailing on the entire range of vehicles at Tesla
* Utilize vehicle detailing techniques like wet sand, polish, buffing, wax, etc.
* Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to effectively complete the work
* Maintain job equipment through regular inspections, adjustments, and certifications if necessary
* Perform administrative tasks involved in detailing, Paintless Dent Repairs (PDRs), minor rectifications, and as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including moving vehicles when necessary
* Collaborate with your team, management, and wider teams (like delivery and service) to deliver a world-class experience
What You'll Bring
* Experience in vehicle detailing
* Experience with performing paintless dent repairs (preferred but not required)
* Prior knowledge of detailing and workshop tools
* Eager to learn and grow in the role
* Team player willing to support others and work toward a common goal
* Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and organize workload
* Valid UK driver’s license
* Eligible to work in the country of the job
