About the Role As a Senior Sales Advisor at M&S Opticians, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality eye and hearing care services while promoting our offerings within the wider M&S store. Your role will involve optimising sales opportunities, training and supporting our teams, maintaining customer records, managing stock, and providing exceptional customer service. You will assist patients in selecting the right eyewear, educating them on care and maintenance, and ensuring a seamless experience. As a member of the management team, you will support the team through coaching and training and deliver on business targets. Key Responsibilities Lead by example in promoting optical and hearing services within the store to drive appointments Maintain accurate customer records and manage stock levels Provide outstanding customer service and handle enquiries professionally Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs and lifestyle Perform adjustments and repairs Schedule and confirm patient appointments Support the fitting and dispensing of contact lenses Conduct preliminary pre-tests and measurements Support management in achieving store sales targets Support marketing initiatives and special events Coaching and training the team Lead by example to deliver store targets About You You are a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping others.
