This role is to lead on Teaching and Learning across key phases of the school, to provide quality first teaching which supports pupils progress; and to support the leadership team in ensuring a coherent curriculum implementation ensuring all pupils experience exceptional teaching and the highest of expectations for their progress and achievements. The successful applicant for this role will be an outstanding, passionate and inspirational leader who is committed to enhancing the life chances of our pupils. They must have previous experience of successfully leading either a phase, key aspect of whole school development or core subject. You will be secure in all aspects of the role of Classroom Teacher and have experience of being a role model and coach to others.
