Are you a customer-focused individual with a knack for creativity, eager to embark on a journey of helping clients bring their dream homes to life?
Pertemps have partnered with a client based in Redhill, where you'll be at the heart of it all, fostering meaningful connections with clients and guiding them through every step of the sales process.
From understanding their unique preferences to suggesting designs, discussing pricing, and finding the perfect fit, you'll be their trusted advisor throughout.
Monday - Friday, 9-5pm and a Saturday 9.30-5pm (with one set day off in the week)

The Role:
* Answering inbound calls/making outbound calls to new or existing customers
* Providing excellent customer service & knowledge on products, prices, sizes etc.
* Creating quotes, taking payments, assisting with delivery arrangements, updating CRM
* Welcoming & building relationships with customers face-to-face & over the phone
The Person:
* Strong customer focus
* Excellent communicator
* Confident, self-starter
* Experience in a sales environment
* Well organised & able to prioritise tasks
