Mid-Level/Junior Producer (6–12 Month Temp Contract) Reports to: Event Leads/Senior Producers Location: London (Hybrid: Office Mon/Tues/Thurs; WFH Wed/Fri) Hours: 9:30am – 5:00pm Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Mid-Level/Junior Producer to join our team on a 6–12 month temporary contract. In this role, you will support multiple Event Leads across a range of projects, working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for managing key project tasks independently, adapting to the different working styles of our senior team, and confidently balancing your workload across several accounts. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Support multiple Event Leads by delivering day-to-day project activities across different clients and campaigns. Manage your own task lists and timelines effectively, ensuring high-quality execution with minimal supervision. Clearly understand the objectives of each project/task before beginning, asking smart questions when needed. Proactively identify potential issues and offer solutions, escalating to senior leads where appropriate. Contribute creative ideas and help ensure projects are delivered to best-in-class standards. Keep up to date with industry trends and innovations, sharing insights with the wider team. Client Support Assist Event Leads in managing client relationships through reliable project support and communications. Take ownership of status reports, meeting notes, project documentation, and client reporting. Proactively research clients’ industries and sectors to help deliver more informed and strategic work. Supplier & Partner Management Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners. Actively seek out and nurture new supplier relationships that could benefit the agency and clients. Support coordination and communication between internal teams, partners, and suppliers. Business, Finance, and Operations Update and maintain project cost trackers with accuracy and attention to detail. Support Event Leads with project budgets and financial reporting processes. Ensure all agency financial and operational processes are followed correctly. Contribute to new business brainstorms and team planning sessions. Skills & Experience Required 1–2 years’ experience in a producer, project coordinator, or account executive role, ideally within events, experiential, or a creative agency environment. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders. Comfortable adapting to different working styles and managing your own time efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a solution-oriented mindset. Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a temporary position for 6–12 months, with a hybrid working model (office-based Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; working from home Wednesday and Friday).
