Known for its broad-based practice, the firm advises on corporate/commercial, real estate, litigation, and private client matters. Its client portfolio spans banking, retail, hospitality, and technology sectors, with a growing international footprint through dedicated desks serving clients in mainland Europe and Asia.

The firm is now seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join its dynamic Corporate Commercial team, with flexibility to be based in either the London or Home Counties office.

The Role: You’ll handle a diverse caseload of corporate and commercial matters, supporting a range of UK and international clients. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role requiring strong drafting skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver clear, pragmatic advice under pressure.

About You:

1. Solid experience in both corporate and commercial law, gained in private practice or through exceptional in-house exposure.

2. Trained at a boutique or mid-sized firm with a reputation for quality.
