About the Role
Veritas Education is currently supporting a well-established and inclusive secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit a skilled and motivated Maths Teacher for a full-time, long-term role starting in September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to join a successful Maths department and play a key role in supporting student achievement and progress.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Plan engaging and differentiated lessons to meet a range of learner needs
* Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring strong outcomes
* Maintain effective classroom management and positive behaviour
* Contribute to departmental planning and whole-school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
* Experience teaching within a secondary setting (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome)
* Demonstrates excellent classroom management and organisational skills
* Committed to safeguarding and improving outcomes for all pupils
