An opportunity has arisen for an Property Coordinator to join a well-established estate agency, providing high-quality services across multiple residential developments.
As an Property Coordinator, you will support the Block Manager by overseeing property inspections, preparing service charge demands, and managing day-to-day communications and administrative tasks.
This full-time role offers basic salary of £28, and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
1. Visiting developments to inspect works and monitor the general condition of properties.
2. Assisting with the preparation and submission of service charge demands.
3. Handling general office duties and administrative tasks.
4. Managing enquiries and taking calls from lessees and property owners.
5. Supporting the Block Manager in ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
What we are looking for:
6. Previously worked as a Property Coordinator, Assistant Block Manager, Junior Block Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Junior Property Manager (Block Management), Block Manager or in a similar role.
7. Ideally have experience in property or block management.
8. Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements.
9. Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
10. Skilled in IT systems relevant to property management.
