We're now looking for a First Line Manager Warehouse and Transport to oversee our warehouse operations and transport activities.In this role, you will lead a team to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations, delivering exceptional service to our customers.

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions
* Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
* Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
* Conduct start-of-shift briefs and end-of-shift handovers.
* Manage attendance, performance, and conduct

* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within logistics, warehouse, or transport.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
* Knowledge of transport compliance and warehouse processes
