What you’ll be doing
This is a foundational role focused on building Leadoo’s UK partner channel from scratch, starting with digital agency partnerships, in line with best practices at SALESmanago
You will:
* Develop and execute our UK partner strategy, starting with identifying and onboarding high-potential marketing and digital agenci
* es.Build strong, revenue-driven agency relationships that deliver consistent new business and client growth.
* Own the partner program framework — from recruitment and onboarding through enablement, co-marketing, and joint selling.
* Enable and support agency partners through training, playbooks, and ongoing commercial collaboration.
* Co-develop business plans with key partners, defining shared goals, revenue targets, and routes to market.
* Work closely with internal sales, marketing, Partner Success, and product teams to accelerate partner performance and client success.
* Track and optimize partner performance, providing actionable insights and feedback loops into our broader GTM strategy.
Who we’re looking for:
* Proven success building and scaling partner programs, ideally within SaaS, MarTech, or digital marketing environments.
* Deep experience working with or within digital agencies, understanding how to structure, motivate, and grow agency-led revenue.
* Strong understanding of partnership models, including referral, reseller, and co-sell motions.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills — both externally and internally.
* A self-starter who thrives in a build phase, comfortable creating structure and process where none exists yet.
* Commercially minded and laser-focused on driving revenue through partners.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills to track performance, forecast growth, and refine approach.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
