Join JLR as a Partnerships Account Executive – Motorsport!

Are you passionate about motorsport and ready to play a key role in delivering world-class brand partnerships? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join JLR as a Partnerships Account Executive – Motorsport, supporting the dynamic world of Jaguar TCS Racing.

This role sits within the Motorsport Partnerships & Sponsorships team, part of the wider JLR Motorsport function under CEO/Corporate Affairs. The team is responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy behind JLR’s motorsport activities across both the Jaguar and Land Rover brands.

As a Partnerships Account Executive, you’ll report to the Partnership Activation Manager and play a vital role in the day-to-day administration of the partnerships team. You’ll support the delivery of marketing activations for existing partners and suppliers, helping to bring high-impact campaigns and events to life.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You can expect a varied and rewarding role, where your day-to-day will involve tasks such as –

1. Support the activation of commercial partnerships across marketing, communications, PR, experiential, and hospitality initiatives within the JLR Motorsport function
2. Coordinate regular team and partner meetings, including managing agendas, tracking actions, distributing notes, and handling logistics
3. Manage and track partner activation activities, including show car bookings, team and driver appearances, and asset requirements for race and non-race events
4. Oversee the distribution and upkeep of race-related assets via internal asset hubs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
5. Create and manage race itineraries, guest communications, gifting logistics, and internal planning documentation
6. Maintain brand guideline compliance by supporting toolkit development, approvals processes, and rights tracking against contractual deliverables
7. Assist with activation programme finances, including quoting, invoicing, expense tracking, and supplier coordination for gifting and merchandise

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of experience, recognised training, and capabilities such as –

8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with a range of stakeholders
9. Strong organisational and administrative abilities, including experience in taking meeting notes, tracking actions, and managing minutes
10. Proven ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
11. A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach, with a willingness to support beyond the core responsibilities when needed
12. Experience in sports sponsorship, ideally gained within a rights holder, agency, or brand environment (desirable)
13. Familiarity with communications, PR, social media, events, or hospitality delivery is advantageous
14. Competent PC user with strong digital literacy; a full UK driving licence is also desirable
