The role of Quality Assurance Manager- FRA Audits will include:
1. Undertake quality reviews of Fire Risk Assessments completed in the Group program and assess business performance against regulatory and service delivery requirements ensuring these are undertaken consistently to provide an accurate assessment of the services provided
2. Plan, manage and implement audit review programmes, to assess Compliance performance against regulatory and service delivery requirements for the fire operations FRA assessor delivery team
3. Ensure reviews are undertaken consistently, using appropriate techniques to ensure audit and assessment tools are aligned to legislative, regulatory and business changes to monitor service delivery, performance and compliance levels
4. Contribute to the development and monitoring of policies to safeguard the organisation's interests and meet regulatory compliance including reviewing and making recommendations for systems and process improvements as appropriate in line with the most up to date legislation requirements
5. Provide high quality management information to the Senior Management Team to support on going operational planning, identifying issues and recommending improvements to services
Skills and experiences:
6. Fire Risk Assessment Qualification Level 4
7. Comprehensive knowledge of current FRA regulation and good practice principles
8. Proven experience of inspection regimes, performance management and consultation practice
9. Proven ability to develop, implement and review relevant policies and procedures
10. Good understanding of written and spoken English
11. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.

22. Effective 1st April £38,729 with an additional policy allowance of £7,149 per annum (rising to £40,767 with an additional policy allowance of £7,525 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
