This role would suit an Engineer or Supervisor from a Heavy Mechanical background, looking to step into a leadership position for a globally renowned business.
The Role -
* Supervise and support Field Service Engineers across job scheduling, performance, and customer satisfaction
* Coordinate aftersales activities including spare parts, warranty returns, logistics, and site visits
* Conduct site-specific safety checks and provide field support for technical or safety-related issues
The Candidate
* Background in Plant, Agricultural, Construction, or Heavy Machinery industries
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience desirable
* Service or technical experience
