About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Events Manager to lead the planning, logistics, and execution of large-scale onboarding programs. This role will oversee a team of onboarding coordinators and work closely with stakeholders across various functions to ensure smooth operations and high-impact program delivery.
Must-Have Skills
* Managed events at scale – Not just small team events, but big, organized, high-impact ones.
* Salesforce or LMS experience
* Multitasking – Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Minimum 4+ years of experience in L&D, HR Operations, Events, Communications, or Business Administration.
Nice-to-Have Skills
1. Exceptional customer service mindset – white glove service experience is a plus.
2. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
3. Experience with platforms like Workday or data reporting tools.
