Superb opportunity to join an established high quality IT VAR / MSP which is part of the UK's largest privately owned IT company. This is a significant business with c200 employees, an annual turnover of c£100m. The company operates in the mid-market predominately in the UK and internationally. Typical clients are x100 to a number of thousand people in size. You will be assigned as a dedicated Account Manager for a number of key clients.
**Hybrid working / remote work from home available** Min once per month in the office. You can be in more frequently if you would like.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To contribute to the overall efforts of the Sales team in achieving service and revenue targets
2. To effectively support in managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely renewal payments through communication by phone, email, and where necessary, face-to-face meetings
3. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers through written and verbal contact
