Team LeaderPay rate: £ 16.50 per hourShift Pattern: 8am- 8pm 24 hours on rota, 12 hours off rotaWe're looking for an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to support an individual living in their own home in Cheltenham. This person lives with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, FND, and Gastroparesis, but this does not define them. More interestingly they have a passion for rehoming vintage treasures, creative projects, and gardening.You'll combine hands-on, person-centred care with team leadership, ensuring support is high-quality, consistent, and tailored.
