The Role:
You will handle a broad mix of property litigation and civil/commercial disputes for private individuals, landlords and SMEs. The work is varied and commercially focused, with plenty of client interaction and autonomy from day one.
You will:
Manage and develop your own litigation caseload.
Communicate clearly with clients and maintain high client-care standards.
Stay current with legal developments in your specialist areas.
Handle correspondence, negotiations and, where appropriate, advocacy.
Support smooth departmental operations, including billing and supervision.
Contribute to business development and cross-department collaboration.

The Candidate & Benefits:
You will be a 3+ PQE Litigation Solicitor
Experience in commercial litigation, including contractual disputes.
Strong communication skills and experience with privately paying clients.
Ability to prioritise, work efficiently under pressure and maintain excellent written/oral standards.
Commercial awareness, problem-solving ability and strong IT skills.
Experience with CFAs/DBAs; prior marketing or networking activity.
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
