Hours: 36 OR 40 hours per week - Days
Pay: £15.93 per hour

Working as a Second Chef with our award winning client, you will have the chance to deliver hotel/restaurant standards without the split shifts and long weeks
What youll do:
* Assist the Head Chef with menu creation
* Manage the kitchen in their absence
* Work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality and wholesome dishes cooked at the highest quality and standards
* Create a warm, efficient and positive environment
* Work within budget
* Complete regular audits
* Manage stock control
Essential Criteria:
1. Qualified Chef (City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent)
2. Good understanding of HACCP
3. Experienced with fresh, seasonal food
4. Able to cater for large numbers and different dietary requirements
