Business Development Executive
Location: Solihull, West Midlands, United Kingdom.

MAN Commercial Protection Ltd is an award-winning security company based in Solihull, providing manned guarding and systems solutions to a diverse client base across the UK.
This role offers a base salary of £30,000 and an OTE of up to £40,000 and is ideal for a proactive, commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
* Generate sales leads, targeting major blue‑chip companies and SMEs using data, LinkedIn and independent research.
* Gather and maintain accurate customer information in a CRM system.
* Use targeted cleansed data to identify leads and manage a Dripify account, tailoring AI responses and guiding the automation process.
* Identify decision makers and potential requirements.
* Maintain close relationships with prospects and clients, fostering opportunities for further sales.
* Develop and manage existing customer requirements.
* Work closely with the Commercial Director on sales strategy and pipeline.
* Collaborate with the Bid Writer to support proposal development.
* Promote the business on LinkedIn, network, and initiate and progress leads.
* Provide regular updates to the CEO.
Required skills and experience
* Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and initiative.
* Professional and confident phone manner.
* Confidence to deal with people at all levels and of different backgrounds.
* Experience within the security or facilities management sector is highly desirable.
* Proven success in a similar business development role.
