Exciting Opportunity: Administrator
Join a dynamic, family-run organisation in Bolton. General Traffic Ltd., a leading supplier of automotive spares in the North and Midlands. We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strong organisational skills and adaptability to change
* Input information onto documents or excel spreadsheets.
* Ensure information handled is kept private and confidential.
* To record information over the phone, email or in person accurately.
* Using: Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets as part of daily tasks.
* Ability to carry out daily office duties such as filing, input data and process invoices.
* Attend to detail on documentation and organising files and documents.
* Prioritise workload based on urgency.
* Onboarding of all new starters and induction paperwork.
* Oversee all aspects of performance management and recruitment processes
* Contribute to aspects of payroll processing
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' Admin experience required
* Ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 15:00 (Hours can be negotiated)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
