Join Our Lifeguard Team at Splash Waterworld!
Are you ready to make a splash? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic lifeguards to join us during our school holiday periods throughout the year. Whether you’re a seasoned pro with a lifeguard qualification or a strong swimmer ready to take the plunge, we’ve got you covered! If you can pass the Butlins swim test, we’ll provide you with the training you need to earn your NPLQ certification and kickstart your lifeguarding career.
As a lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fun and safe experience in our pools and on our thrilling flumes. Safety is our top priority, so we’re looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service. You’ll also lead and support poolside activities, creating unforgettable moments for our guests.
Pay: £12.71 per hour

Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential. You’ll be an important part of our team!
Swim Test Requirement:
If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:
* Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
* Treading water
* Surface diving
* Climbing out of the pool unaided
