The Role
As Residential Heating Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team across multiple channels:
You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding the customer base, and delivering the strategy for residential heating growth across Ireland.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine coaching and team development with customer engagement and commercial execution.
You’ll spend time both in the office and out in the field supporting your team, meeting customers and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities for the Residential Heating Sales Manager
* Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals
* Define and execute the residential heating sales strategy
* Drive growth across contractor, consultant and developer channels
* Expand market share and strengthen customer relationships

We’re looking for a motivated and commercially focused leader from within the heating or HVAC industry.
You may already be operating in a management role, or be a high-performing senior sales professional ready to step into leadership.

Key Requirements for the Residential Heating Sales Manager
* Strong experience within the heating/HVAC industry
* Heat pump experience is essential
