Job Description
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel departments, aligning operations with brand standards and business objectives
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among staff
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
The successful candidate will have a track record of building great relationships with all stakeholders in the business, owner, manager, employees, clients and neighbours
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
You must have minimum 2 years experience as Hotel Manager, AGMs of large hotels in key cities may be considered
Proven track record to drive top line revenue and motivate your team to do the same
For the successful applicant, the role offers the chance to contribute to the successes of the two superbly positioned hotels in a competitive market while providing individual challenge and personal development
