Line Leader / Production Supervisor
Full time 4on/4off Days 6:45am until 6:30pm
Salary £14.32ph
What You’ll Do:
* Supervise, coordinate, and motivate a team of production operatives to achieve daily targets.
* Ensure smooth workflow, efficient line changeovers, and minimal downtime.
* Maintain high standards of quality, health & safety, and operational compliance.
* Be the link between frontline staff and management — reporting performance, resolving issues, and championing continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in a similar leadership role within manufacturing or production.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills under pressure.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilities.
* A proactive mindset with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
