A long-standing and highly regarded Doncaster law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established property team. The firm has a strong local reputation, loyal repeat clients and a supportive, grounded working culture that offers genuine long-term stability.
The Role
You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, covering the full range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity and remortgages
* New build and shared ownership work
* Regular liaison with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to maintain smooth progression
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents and reports on title
* Ensuring compliance with the firms processes and wider regulatory requirements
You’ll have access to efficient support and modern systems, allowing you to focus on delivering a high standard of client service.

* Experienced in handling your own conveyancing caseload independently
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Able to work accurately, efficiently and with good attention to detail
