Our client, a well-established and reputable firm, is currently seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join their growing team in Tunbridge Wells. This exciting role offers the chance to manage your own portfolio of small to medium-sized business clients, focusing on a diverse range of sectors. Identify and secure new commercial clients to build and expand your own portfolio of business
Conduct research on local businesses and market trends to maintain a consistent pipeline
Establish and nurture strong relationships with SME customers, delivering tailored solutions
Actively participate in local networking events, trade exhibitions, and community functions
Collaborate with internal teams to refer clients to other services
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention
Maintain detailed, accurate, and compliant records of all sales interactions and client communications
Keep informed about product updates, industry developments, and compliance requirements through continuous professional development
Perform additional tasks as needed to support overall business objectives and agency operationsSkills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities within a commercial setting
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers
Self-motivated and able to effectively prioritise and manage your own workload independently
Strong commitment to professionalism, integrity, and the ability to perform well under pressure
Proficient with IT tools, including Microsoft Office and CRM or sales tracking systems
Customer-focused with proven skills in building and maintaining strong client relationships
