The Shifts Sunday to Thursday 22:00-06:00 The Pay £30,205.50 per annum This role is implement the first line management of Line Leaders and the Production Team, process and quality, working closely with the Shift Production Supervisor. To have an understanding of the immediate health & safety of the Production Team, product safety and product quality. Role Responsibilities: * To be responsible for the production of food in a manner that satisfies leading industry standards in all aspects of Food Quality, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Organise resources according to the product, line and official manning levels. Lines or processes should be staffed to achieve optimum production efficiency and should not be over staffed unless authorised by a Shift Production Supervisor. * To keep work area clean and tidy and encourage this within the team. * Achieve the targets and job standards set by the Shift Production Supervisor. * Comply with all legal and company food handling and hygiene requirements. * Comply with and maintain health and safety requirements. * To check and countersign production documentatio...
