We are seeking an Associate Programme Officer to join our Nature Conserved team, working within our Global Wildlife Trade focal initiative to provide accurate data and analyses to decisionmakers. This role will involve contribution to UNEP-WCMC’s suite of projects supporting the implementation of CITES, the EU Wildlife Trade Regulations and CMS. The successful applicant will have a meticulous approach to quality control in order to process and input data into relevant databases including Species and will have strong analytical skills to analyse biodiversity data to contribute towards the production of technical reports for policymakers. This position will give you the opportunity to contribute to a portfolio of high-profile and innovative projects that support effective decision making on global wildlife trade, where your work will really make a difference in the field of conservation.
