Responsibilities
* Assisting in the compilation of weekly transport data, reporting on the control and adherence for the live plan, planned vs actual times and allocation
* Act as a key point of contact for stores and the customer service delivery team, providing updates on delivery issues, while also handling driver phone queries and accurately logging all calls
* Support the planning operation ensuring the feedback is given in a timely manner to ensure the relevant changes or adaptations are made to meet customer requirements and service needs in line with budget
Qualifications
* Proven experience in transport or similar fast-paced environment, with a background in customer-facing roles and operational coordination
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging conversations diplomatically and confidently over the phone
