Fitness and Wellbeing Advisor – Corporate

Anglo American | Corporate Fitness | Permanent | Part Time

Salary: £27,768 (pro rata) (potential to earn additional through Personal Training)

Hours: 16 hours per week (no weekend or Bank Holiday working)

Shifts: 6:30-14:30 or 11:00-19:00

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at our Anglo American club, you’ll have a strong background in corporate or commercial fitness. You’re highly motivated with the communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments and deliver great training.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, wellbeing plans, exercise programmes and delivering Personal Best.
• Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes, from Spin to Pilates.
• Promote and carry out Personal Best which is an assessment that empowers members to work towards manageable personal goals.
• Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities.
• Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice.
• Deputise for the Programme Manager and use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience.

Qualifications

You must have a CIMSPA accreditation to be considered for this position.
