Compensation
The stated rate of pay is for Care Assistants with a driving licence and own vehicle and includes mileage and travel time in the hourly rate. Those on walking rota’s will receive an adjusted pay rate.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing
* Manage medications and create medication charts
* Cook or prepare hot meals and help with domestic tasks
* Provide companionship, reassurance and joy to clients
Hours & Shifts
Shifts are available in the mornings, days, evenings and nights – 7 am‑11 am and 6 pm‑10 pm. Typically, you will have every other weekend off to support work‑life balance.
Qualifications & Requirements
The role requires a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. Prior care experience, caring for a loved one, or a genuine enjoyment of supporting others is valued. Compassion, patience and understanding are essential. All training will be provided.
