In this role, you will support clients within an Extra Care facility designed to promote independent living in a safe, caring environment. Key Details:

Shift Pattern: Waking Nights, 10pm - 7am.

Weekend Rota: Alternating weekends required.

Environment: Independent/Solo night working.
The Role

Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, and continence support.

Practical Help: Medication management, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks.

Emotional Support: Providing vital companionship, reassurance, and comfort to residents.
