We need an enthusiastic person to join us at PHOENIX as a full-time Support Worker. We provide responsive and flexible, person-centred support that actively considers individuals' outcomes and wishes.
We strive for community inclusion and personal independence for the people we support, enabling them to experience real life opportunities similar to our own.
This support can include life skills, learning, supported employment, and achieving individual goals.
Experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided in specific support approaches including person-centred techniques and positive behaviour support.
Please see JDPS for Support Worker role details.
You should be passionate about supporting others and uphold strong ethics to ensure the people we support lead full, inclusive, and meaningful lives. Transferable skills from children’s services, education, social care, or nursing are welcome.
