Quality Environment Health Safety Manager
We’re looking for an experienced QSHE Manager to take the lead in driving quality, safety, health, and environmental standards across our operations. About the Role:
As a QSHE Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to maintain high standards and drive initiatives that enhance performance and sustainability.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading the implementation of quality, food safety, and health & safety standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
* Driving improvements in key areas such as reducing consumer complaints and improving workplace safety.
* Managing and developing site-based QSHE teams, ensuring they have the right skills and knowledge to excel.
* Overseeing audits and maintaining accreditations for third-party standards like ISO, BRC, and AIB.
* Identifying risks, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing proactive solutions.
* Keeping up to date with industry best practices to continuously improve our QSHE performance.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a QSHE Manager in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
* Strong knowledge of QSHE management systems such as HACCP, ISO 9001/22000, and BRC.
* Experience working in food or beverage manufacturing processes.
* Leadership skills with the ability to engage and influence teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive improvements.
Qualifications:
* Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Quality & Food Safety qualifications such as Advanced HACCP and Lead Auditor.
* Safety qualifications including NEBOSH or IOSH.
