The Role
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the relevant curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel motivated to learn.
Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs and abilities of all learners.
Maintain effective classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and wider school teams.
Contribute to the wider life of the school and ongoing improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
QTS or ECT status
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence managing classroom behaviour and engaging learners
A positive, adaptable and professional approach
A genuine passion for education and pupil development
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
