Software Product Support Engineer - Carbon60
Join a leading defence technology team supporting cutting-edge Command and Control (C2) systems across land and maritime domains. This is a hands-on technical support role focused on in-service software used in advanced missile systems.
Responsibilities
* Investigate, debug, and resolve complex software issues in secure environments
* Maintain and configure Linux OS (RedHat/Ubuntu), including kernel-level tasks
* Collaborate with internal teams and communicate technical issues clearly to stakeholders
* Support secure software deployments and middleware solutions
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong background in software engineering with proficiency in C/C++, Ada, JavaScript, or shell scripting
* Experience with Linux OS administration, kernel configuration, and security patching
* Analytical mindset with a passion for solving technical problems
* Excellent communication skills in a collaborative environment
