Job Title: Microsoft Partner Centre Manager Location: UK (Hybrid/Remote with UK travel) Salary: £60,000 Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time Want to own and grow our strategic relationship with Microsoft and our Indirect Provider Ingram Micro Cloud, maximising commercial value across Azure, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Security. Do you have the ability to align our plan to Microsoft’s strategic priorities, drive co-sell and Marketplace motions, secure and execute MCI co-op funds, and maintain/advance our Solutions Partner designations via Partner Capability Score. Can you coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Cloud Practice, Managed Services) to execute joint Go-To-Market plans. Want to act as the primary point of contact for our sales team for Microsoft incentives and funding programs. The Role: Key outcomes: Achieve target defined Microsoft-influenced pipeline and revenue (Azure ACR, Modern Work seats, Security workloads). Co-sell pipeline created won through Partner Centre (referrals logged, stage conversion). MCI: co-op plan built, funds secured, compliant claims submitted. Maintain/achieve Solutions Partner designation(s) with Partner Capability Score ≥ 70 (Modern Work, Security, Azure tracks as appropriate). Maintain/achieve Advanced Specialisations Documented joint business plan with Ingram Micro Cloud/Microsoft; quarterly reviews completed; exec sponsor engagement evidenced. Responsibilities: Maintain Microsoft and Ingram Micro Cloud relationship & governance Manage Microsoft Programs, incentives & claims Drive Co-sell & Marketplace motions Plan certifications/associations to improve Partner Capability Score Be the primary point of contact for our sales team for Microsoft incentives and programs The Candidate: Required Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience on Microsoft Partner centre in the last 5 years and good understanding of Microsoft AI Partner Program. Proven success in a Microsoft Partner Manager, Vendor/alliances role within a UK MSP/VAR or services firm (owning PDM/field relationships, co-sell, and MDF/co-op). Hands-on with Partner Centre (co-sell, incentives, benefits) and Solutions Partner/Partner Capability Score. Demonstrable delivery of MCI outcomes (rebate/co-op 60/40 model) and compliant claims. Track record building joint business plans and converting Microsoft motions into revenue. Desirable: Certifications (Microsoft Fundamentals e.g., MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900, AI-900, PL-900) Experience steering Modern Work/Security/Azure GTM. Existing network of Microsoft contacts.
