We are working with a fast-growing tech scale-up who are transforming how businesses use their data to drive strategic decision making. With ambitious growth plans on the horizon, they are now looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and wider SLT.
This is a pivotal role working directly with the CEO, ideal for someone who excels in uncertain environments, loves tackling complex challenges, and wants hands-on experience across every aspect of scaling a fast-growing company.
What You’ll Do
* Partner with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
* Drive business development efforts by identifying opportunities, building partner relationships, and preparing proposals.
* Lead cross-functional strategic projects across product, operations, and commercial teams.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide decision-making.
* Prepare presentations and analyses for investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure executive initiatives and meetings move forward efficiently.
* Roll up your sleeves to solve problems wherever they arise, from sales to operations.
