Headquarters in Newport, UK, with additional manufacturing in Allentown, PA. Operations in 19 countries across Europe, North America and Asia‑Pacific, with global service support.
Job Description
This role will be based in Celtic Lakes, Newport. It is part of the 2026 Graduate Programme and will start in September 2026. You will support engineering teams providing operational support and solutions from the head office, with full training and development throughout the program.
Day‑to‑day Responsibilities
* Developing and demonstrating operational processes to meet manufacturing specifications.
* Contributing to project teams developing new products for global customers.
* Assessing results using analytical laboratory and software tools including Minitab and Excel.
* Problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and investigating faults on manufacturing process solutions.
* Providing regular updates to engineering and operations teams, summarizing results in written reports or presentations.
* Establishing effective customer and team relationships for clear communication.
* Planning work and executing plans safely, sensibly, and timely.
Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (2:1) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
* A passion for learning, logical approach, attention to detail, and creative problem‑solving.
* Communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Working knowledge of software tools such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git is an advantage.
