This is an immediate opportunity to join their dedicated HR team and help shape a people-first culture across the organisation. What You'll Do: As the Senior HR Advisor, you'll report to the Head of HR and be at the heart of the people operations team providing high-quality, confidential support to managers and staff. From recruitment and selection to employee relations and compliance, you'll play a key role in driving best practice and supporting our client's mission. Key Responsibilities: Deliver proactive HR advice and support across the organisation Assist with Article 55 Reviews and Fair Employment Returns Lead and support recruitment campaigns from start to finish Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and internal policies Support wellbeing, engagement, and HR projects Act as a panel member for interviews and assessments Prepare contracts and manage onboarding processes What You'll Bring: CIPD Level 5 qualification (or higher) Minimum 2 years' HR generalist experience Strong knowledge of NI employment law Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Full driving licence and access to a car (or ability to meet mobility requirements) Additional Information: Successful candidates will be required to complete an Access NI check and provide satisfactory references.
