Exciting NEW Manufacturing Financial Controller Role About the Role: We are working with an established manufacturing client, who are looking to expand their finance team due to their recent and expected rapid growth. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Controller. This role is pivotal in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our growth and sustainability. In this role you will oversee financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy. You will also prepare financial statements, manage CAPEX, balance sheets, and fixed assets, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting commercial assessments. This role also involves coordinating audits, developing financial policies, managing cash flow, overseeing supplier and customer communications, mentoring the finance team, leading continuous improvement projects, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives. What you'll need to succeed: ACA qualification (minimum Level 3, ideally Level 4) Advanced degree in Accounting Audit experience Over 5 years of combined experience in accounting and finance Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Excellent leadership and team management skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Capacity to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment High level of integrity and professionalism This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager/Controller seeking a diverse role or an ambitious individual looking to advance their career with broad exposure to various responsibilities.
