Job Title: Payroll Officer at Salford City Council
Hours: Up to 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed term until 30th June 2026
Location: Hybrid, based at Salford Civic Centre

* Payroll expertise and understanding of a busy payroll environment
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Outstanding organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Keen eye for detail
* Dependable, adaptable, and flexible
* Comfortable using digital tools, including HR and Payroll software and Microsoft applications
