We are looking for a motivated, talented and reliable generalist to join our small non‑profit team in the voluntary role of Head of Operations.

Responsibilities
* Overseeing daily operations and making adjustments as necessary.
* Measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finding ways to improve processes.
* Assessing team capacity and supporting with the recruitment of new volunteers where required.
* Supporting teams with their day‑to‑day operations and providing strategic guidance.
* Developing and implementing growth strategies in collaboration with the core leadership and strategy team.
* Supporting efforts to make now‑u financially self‑sufficient through both fundraising and revenue generation.
Qualifications
* Management and strategic planning experience; experience working in a start‑up is a plus.
* Interpersonal and time management skills are a must; problem‑solving skills would be essential.
* Comfortable working across a broad range of areas including campaigns, marketing, partnerships, fundraising and core operations.
