What You’ll Be Doing
You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers across a wide range of high-quality corporate transactions while developing your own skills, technical confidence and professional profile.
1. Supporting on mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side), restructurings and development-capital matters
2. Assisting with complex cross-border transactions and capital-markets related work
3. Managing disclosure exercises, data rooms and elements of due diligence
4. Reviewing and assisting with transaction documentation, including SPAs, APAs, investment agreements and joint-venture documents
5. Drafting and preparing ancillary documents, completion deliverables and post-deal bibles
6. Conducting targeted research using leading know-how resources and contributing to internal knowledge development
