Were looking for a General Manager for The Crusoe, our seaside pub with rooms in Lower Largo. This is a great opportunity to take on a well-loved, award-winning pub in a beautiful location, working with a good, fun team and a supportive independent group.
The Crusoe sits right by the beach and right in the heart of the community. We focus on proper, locally sourced food, a great selection of Scottish ales, a strong wine list, and most importantly, friendly, genuine service. We want the pub to feel busy, welcoming and somewhere both locals and visitors love to spend time.
Recently awarded Most Romantic Hotel of the Year 2023 and AA Hotel of the Year 2023, this is a site were really proud of and were looking for the right person to take it forward.
The role -
Were looking for an experienced General Manager who is comfortable running a busy, high-volume pub/restaurant and managing rooms. Youll need to be commercially aware, organised, good with people, and happy to lead from the front, this is a hands-on role and youll be very much part of the day-to-day operation.
Youll be responsible for the team, service standards, financial performance, and the overall atmosphere of the place. We want someone who can build a strong team, keep standards high, and continue to grow the business.
