Your new role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will have two main responsibilities: cultivating new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts. Other responsibilities include:
1. You will ideally have experience within a manufacturing background or technical sales to build on new business opportunities.
2. You will ideally have B2B experience within your current or previous position.
3. Be keen to develop the sales team and eventually take over the commercial side of the business in the UK.
4. Be driven to increase sales, create opportunities, and grow an existing pipeline.
5. Be happy to travel to Asia on a quarterly basis for 5 days at a time.
